CARLOS MAUAD is an Architect and Urbanist, graduated from Belas Artes University of São Paulo in 1986. As an intern, he participated as a team member on Oscar Niemeyer's development of the Parque do Tietê Project in São Paulo.
His office, Carlos Mauad Arquitetura e Planejamento, headquartered in the city of São Paulo, has been operating on the market for over 30 years and it is especialized on the development of strategic plans and Master Plans of Resorts, Aquatic and Thematic Parks, Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Lots and Condominiums.
Also espicialized on the elaboration of Business Plan, including analyzes of economic feasibility for the enterprise through proposals of demand, resources, direct and indirect costs and internal rate of return on investment.
Over the years, he has developed projects in more than 15 states, including some of the most prestigious water parks in the market, such as the HOT PARK of Rio Quente Resorts, ENOTEL PARQUE AQUÁTICO in Porto de Galinhas and the AQUATIC PARK MABU In Foz do Iguaçu.
Over the years, more than 300 projects have been developed, informing approximately 7,000 hotel apartments and 9.5 million m2 of Master Plans, always emphasizing an integration of functionality and aesthetic.
